Please allow for 1-3 days of processing. Once your order has shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email hi@virtuessentials.com

Additionally, once a package has shipped it is out of our control. If your package has gone missing, please email us and we will try to help as best we can. 

return & exchange policy

VIRTUE Home Essentials accepts returns of unused and unopened products in their original condition within 7 business days. We do not accept returns on used or opened items.
